Terms and Conditions

By submitting this outfitters renewal and payment form, you attest to your compliance with all requirements for a certificate of registration as set forth in Section 12-55.5-105(1), , C.R.S. which includes but is not limited to:
• the requirement to hold and maintain a valid first aid certificate or card,
• possess the minimum liability insurance coverage
• maintain a surety bond in the minimum amount required by law, and that you
• possess all required permits or written permission on the land where you provide outfitting services

Pursuant to Section 12-55.5-106,C.R.S you attest that you do not have any violations of local, state, or federal law related to public land management, wildlife, health, or cruelty to animals on your record.

Please be advised that the Office retains the right to request copies of the actual documents and you may be randomly selected to undergo an audit of registration requirements at any time.
